In the near future, every workshop will have to deal with a significant number of hybrid and electrically powered vehicles. In this context, the safe handling of high-voltage systems plays a major role. Guaranteeing the safety and reliability of high-voltage systems within the vehicles is one of the assignments to be performed in the future.
Checking the absence of voltage, insulation resistance measurement and equipotential bonding measurement are typical measurements for maintenance and repair of HV vehicles.

- insulation resistance measurement using an integrated test voltage generator up to 1000 V DC

CAREFREE PACKAGES
With our maintenance packages we offer you comprehensive carefree packages for your emission analysers. These include the manufacturer's guarantee for the entire service life, maintenance material, transport costs (within Germany), replacement equipment in the case of repairs, free system hotline, gas calibration, and much more.
REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT SERVICE
With our replacement equipment service you will normally receive replacement equipment as part of the 24h exchange service. This is state-of the art, not only in terms of appearance, but also technically. The replacement equipment service also gives a six-month service guarantee on all replacement equipment.
REPAIR SERVICE
All products not covered by the replacement equipment service, are covered by the repair service. After carrying out a fault inspection, we will prepare a non-binding cost estimate for you. In order to avoid downtime, we can offer you rental equipment, so that work in your workshop can continue uninterrupted.
CALIBRATION SERVICE
Our calibration agreements are optimally aligned for the relevant product. This service not only covers any costs incurred, but also provides you with a manufacturer's guarantee for the entire term of the agreement. Protect your budget planning against any unpleasant surprises!
GAS CALIBRATION
The gas calibration of the emission analysers is carried out by highly qualified service technicians. This means you will not need to stock calibration gases or calibration valves.
ELECTRICAL CALIBRATION
Our electrical measurement equipment is delivered factory-calibrated and we also offer regular calibration with an upgrade package for your measuring devices.
