MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION WITH CONFIDENCE

AVL DITEST HV SAFETY

The AVL DiTEST HV Safety 2000 is a measuring device specially developed for work on high-voltage vehicles to carry out various safety-relevant tests as part of repair and maintenance work. The most important areas of application include checking for the absence of voltage, measuring insulation resistance, and equipotential bonding measurement in accordance with UNECE R100 requirements. Thanks to its all-in-one concept, the HV Safety combines several individual devices into a single solution.

All measurement results are automatically recorded and documented in a complete test report. This seamless documentation enables you to easily trace the work carried out and supports the fulfillment of verification, quality, and documentation requirements.

All functions at a glance

  • Guided voltage-free check on DC HV systems with continuous documentation
  • Insulation resistance measurement with generated test voltages up to 1000 V DC
  • Equipotential bonding measurement according to UNECE R100 with test currents up to 1 A
  • Insulation resistance measurement on the active HV system as well as checking the vehicle's internal insulation monitor
  • Resistance, diode, capacitance and voltage measurement

Menu-guided measurement, most detailed documentation.
