How you save time and money
Hydraulic systems are complex control systems and usually equipped with extensive valve blocks and other elements (vessels, sensors, hoses, etc.). Hydraulic controls are used in working machinery, for example for hydraulic automatic transmissions (hydrostats) and for power steering in tractors, but also at the Hydraulic drive (output) for devices and working machines connected to the tractor (log splitters, baling presses, etc.). For some of these complex systems either the OEM or the system-manufacturer provide test-cycles. With these defined workflows, it is possible to diagnose all functionalities and components.
The MMB 1800 predefined measurement processes, in which OBD measurement data are recorded synchronously with the hydraulics and temperature measurement data, provide a perfect overview. Thus the technician just has to start the procedure and follow the predefined measurement. The result is the data logging which easily spots the root cause problem in the system.
