AVL DiTEST workSAFE

The AVL DiTEST workSAFE is used to perform safety-relevant measurements on high-voltage systems of electric vehicles. These measurements include in particular the verification of absence of voltage, the testing of equipotential bonding, and the measurement of insulation resistances. The software guides the user safely through the entire measurement process and automatically documents all test results.

With measuring ranges and test voltages up to 1500 V DC and 1000 V AC, the workSAFE offers a wide range of applications and is already prepared for the increasing voltage levels of future vehicle generations. Equipotential bonding measurements with test currents of up to 10 A and the particularly robust design make the workSAFE the ideal solution, especially for use on large high-voltage systems such as those used in commercial vehicles, trucks, or buses. The wireless transmission of measurement results via Bluetooth ensures maximum flexibility and high operating comfort in everyday work.
