Successful e-mobility training at AVL DiTEST in Graz 🔋⚡

In July 2024, we had the pleasure of holding another e-mobility training course in the workshop and training rooms of the ÖAMTC in Graz. This event provided a valuable opportunity to impart both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of electric mobility. The specific knowledge and subsequent hands-on training was provided by our product manager Nina Kornsteiner. The training focused on repairing and working safely on electric vehicles with our products HV Safety, workSAFE, noLEAK, and micrΩHM.

HV Safety & workSAFE: Checking for voltage, measuring insulation resistance, and measuring potential equalization. With HV Safety and workSAFE, you can quickly and reliably verify and document that the vehicle is voltage-free. This is essential for safely performing service and repair work on electric vehicles.

noLEAK: The tightness of the battery housing and the cooling circuit can be checked with noLEAK. This is done by applying pressure and monitoring the pressure drop.

micrΩHM: The internal resistance of individual battery modules and the resistance between the modules of a traction battery can be measured. Thanks to the compact design of micrΩHM and its intuitive software, measurements can be carried out quickly and easily in the workshop.

During the training, participants were not only able to expand their knowledge, but also work directly on the vehicles and gain important practical experience. The intensive exchange between our sales team, product management, and our dealers was particularly gratifying.
