Online remote maintenance gives us the opportunity to support you straight away and without delay. This not only results in cost savings for you, but also in ensuring that your equipment is available as soon as possible.

High-quality configuration ensures that your equipment is always state-of-the-art and can therefore handle all future demands.
CAREFREE PACKAGES
With our maintenance packages we offer you comprehensive carefree packages for your emission analysers. These include the manufacturer's guarantee for the entire service life, maintenance material, transport costs (within Germany), replacement equipment in the case of repairs, free system hotline, gas calibration, and much more.
REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT SERVICE
With our replacement equipment service you will normally receive replacement equipment as part of the 24h exchange service. This is state-of the art, not only in terms of appearance, but also technically. The replacement equipment service also gives a six-month service guarantee on all replacement equipment.
REPAIR SERVICE
All products not covered by the replacement equipment service, are covered by the repair service. After carrying out a fault inspection, we will prepare a non-binding cost estimate for you. In order to avoid downtime, we can offer you rental equipment, so that work in your workshop can continue uninterrupted.
CALIBRATION SERVICE
Our calibration agreements are optimally aligned for the relevant product. This service not only covers any costs incurred, but also provides you with a manufacturer's guarantee for the entire term of the agreement. Protect your budget planning against any unpleasant surprises!
GAS CALIBRATION
The gas calibration of the emission analysers is carried out by highly qualified service technicians. This means you will not need to stock calibration gases or calibration valves.
ELECTRICAL CALIBRATION
Our electrical measurement equipment is delivered factory-calibrated and we also offer regular calibration with an upgrade package for your measuring devices.
